Insiders Rue Borrowing On Single Stock Holding

Peter, thanks for adding this! This was the other thing in yesterday's Wall Street Journal that really got me thinking.

Of course, incentive stock option holders have always used margin to pay for the exercise and the taxes on the exercise. The concept of using it to prevent selling the stock aggravates the margin situation so much more...
