Inner City problems can be solved very fast. Give tax cuts to employers and employees alike. Reduce interest rates which are an unfair tax on employers for hiring employees. Give people jobs that pay well enough to be proud of, and America wins. Make them attractive enough, and people will obtain the skills necessary to get hired. Put responsibility for the war on drugs on Corporate America. If a company wants investments but doesn't drug test their employees, then they shouldn't receive investments.

But the democrats don't see it that way. They see inner city folks as incapable of doing anything about their plight. I disagree.

And in my heart of hearts, I know Al Gore disagrees. Or at least, disagreed. I do not think he cares anymore. He is a victim. He is nothing more than another one of Bill Clinton's used condoms. He has been used and discarded. He defended Clinton during impeachment. And now he is a broken man.
