George Godfrey, an analyst at ING Barings who rates Microsoft "strong buy," said in a
note to clients that he expects a rebound in corporate PC sales to boost sales of
Microsoft's Windows 2000 for businesses, which the company is counting on to fuel
revenue growth. The consumer-targeted Windows Me, on the other hand, "is not
expected to be a material contributor to revenue," he said.

Godfrey also didn't change his estimates for the December quarter. He expects the company to post sales of $6.85 billion
and earnings of 49 cents a share.

While Microsoft shares have been battered in recent months, "the road to recovery continues," Godfrey said in the note.
