Carolyn, I don't think Gore will concede until he's exhausted all possible legal avenues. I'm starting to think that the end game has changed. I think the focus has shifted to 2002 and 2004. The goal now is to undermine any legitimacy to Bush's presidency in order to diminish his chances of being successful. This seems to be the point of much of the rhetoric emanating from that side of the aisle. Just a guess.
