I agree with your disagreement. It almost looks like the democrats reinforce this myth to their constituants for their own good. I know the dems don't see it that way, but just by telling a group that you have to have affirmative action to succeed encourages this. I would say "Hell no, you don't need affirmative action. If you run into an injustice let us EXPOSE it and FIGHT it. It is illegal to discriminate, and most good business operators want the most qualified people regardless of color. I feel that if you force someone to hire you it actually adds to the animosity of the situation.

Anyway I have rambled with my example.
