Franco-Nevada are very recent buyers of VBN. Their average cost may very well be less than $7.50. They went to Inco and got the ball rolling on this buy-back. Their joy at getting out indicates development probably won't happen soon. Conversely, they wouldn't have sold if they expected the mine to be developed soon.
