The problem you must overcome, is that the "uncharted" 13,000 votes are but a fraction of like "uncharted" votes in the state. In other words, they aren't ALL the uncounted votes which fit the same description. Ya can't fairly count just Al's. It's stupid, frankly, to even consider it. Dan B
