Thoughts on Nas, comments welcome: Not too long ago Nas tested gap at 2850 and failed to hold it, falling below. My experience indicates that these gaps which formerly served as floors, can now serve as ceilings. Also P/E of top 30 Nas stocks is still very high (upper double digits) while earnings projections are decreasing. While I believe interest environment is benign, the real focus should be on growth which is slowing.

Bottom line on Nas - for near term, peak is 2850, bottom will surpise many...
