Hi Tim - re: DELL thought this article may interest you news.morningstar.com As you may or may not know, I ve a heavy exposure in CPQ, but I don't have DELL. I think these 2 are better the GTW. I got in to CPQ despite the fact that she is a boxmaker. It is important to see how these [and HWP] perform beyond the box! I like CPQ b/c it has been in the dump for so long [rightly so with the previous mgt team!] but she is on the cusp of a turn around. Her wildfire server can be a great alternative to SUNW and she is not entirely dependent on WINTEL. However, there is some weakness. Her service division, inherited from DEC, can do a lot better. And being the top boxmaker, any sign of weak box sale can spell disaster to the stk best, Bosco
