I agree with you that both sides are trying to use all available legal tricks to win, and neither is particularly appealing at this juncture. To me the difference is that Gore is trying to pretend that he is on some sort of high moral ground when in fact by trying to count dimpled chads, but only in certain heavily Democratic areas, he is really on incredibly low moral grounds. Bush on the other hands seems to be just going about business and isn't making claims to high moral ground other than the fact that he won the count and recounts.

The only winner so far in this election is the late night comedians. LOL
