Hi TLC, I just looked at the QQQ chart you posted and see the RSI continuing down on high volume. I've got a beginner's question: It looks as though it's about to touch the lower band on the RSI. Doesn't this signal an impending upturn in relative strength on the Q's (as the futures this morning would have us believe)?
