With respect to the appeal, I don't see why you didn't put in both issues? You never know what an appellate court is going to go for.

My academic career wasn't that distinguished, I pooped out in the second year because I got pregnant with Benjamin in October. I was pregnant with Nicholas while I was working on my LL.M. but did very well, probably because most of the classes required papers instead of anonymous grading and the teachers all liked me.

I commend you for putting family first.
