People have been mocking Floridians who got "confused" by the ballots and made mistakes. But I've been thinking: who is a better citizen....the "dumb" Florida citizen who comes out to vote( and for many of the elderly this is a big underataking) and have problems...or the 50% of the electorate who didn't bother to vote at all? I think the answer is clear.
