Yes, given Jeb Bush's staff took unpaid leave immediately following the election would seem to indicate Jeb has a greater role than he's leading folks to believe.

Also, noteworthy, aside from Florida--if the legislature stupidly does Bush's bidding, as Ambassador-elect Harris has done--becoming a Democrat-controlled House and Senate, is the startling fact that nationally in the next election about one-third of the senate seats up for reelection will be GOP-held seats.

If the courts, as they should, rule that all the votes must be counted, I think we might see some moderate GOPsiders cautiously advising Bush that perhaps he should give it up and that the Grand Old Party is more precious than the GOPwinger Party.
