Morning PT. Listening to the recap of the questioning of Bush lawyers by the S.Ct. it looks like the Court indeed took the case to chastise the Bush/Baker rhetoric machine. The Court's questions focused on:

1. Why are you here
2. Why should we overturn a State's S.Ct. valid ruling

Awaiting the release of the tapes. I don't expect the Court to be the least bit sympathetic to the Bush team.
