Zeev: On see your $44 but isn't the 50 to 52 area heavier resistance (I'm only looking @ the last 2 month chart)? Granted I think we need to go over 2,800 to hit the $50 area and I'm not sure if a retest starts from the 2,800 level or the 3,000. The odds are pretty high for a retest its just a question of from what level it starts. A lot of technical damage on most of the tech charts. As for Infineon the suit starts next week but I thought I heard resolution may not be till February (regarding trial, not settlement and I admit I didn't take notes on the call). Tim
