Geez; GUMM has stated for OVER a year that they have been in negotiations with a major company for dental gum. Those who actually do research have clearly stated which MAJOR players are not yet in the dental gum business. It doesn't take a rocket scientist - well, uh, never mind. The investigation report would have those who plainly write "scam" on this board actually incredulous that the company has come through on a promise printed and stated publicly for months and months. IF it is illegal to postulate the 2 major possibilities for a contract (incidentally, this news does NOT imo rule out a contract with Colgate in the future), it certainly must be illegal to post that the company is going to "BK" when it isn't, that the CEO is selling shares when he is net buying, that the company's products are scams and don't work when they are supported by medical literature and academic physicians' public statements, and that the company pays private investors to post when they don't. I say bring it on - I think I know who would end up wearing the cheaper pinstripes.
