Hi Carl - I tend to agree with Cronkite's analysis [thanks Zak for sharing the article, maybe WC is still the most trusted individual in America :),] both candidates are taking the roads of the moment [hi road and no road :)] that suit them most. To me, it is politics, nothing inherently moral or immoral about it, unless they start hurting innocent bystanders like the late President Nixon [then Sen Nixon] UnAmerican Committee in the 50s. If you choose to think one is better than the other, it is perfectly ok from your perspective. Face it, we all wear colored glasses :)! I simply don't see this is good vs evil of epic proportion.

You are right about this is the motherlode for the comedians, but I also think there can be a lot of constructive things coming out of this. It may not be overnight, but I think sensible people may reflect on the bloodsport in politics and whether they want to be part of it etc etc.
