John, I finally got thru.. Talked to a very nice guy named "Jason".. Was very cooperative.. And got me all set.. I do feel for those on the front lines.. So I will give credit where credit is due. Jason did a great job as far as I know.. Here's hoping my next CC statement bears that out... So now if they improve that service, IMO,, I will be as "happy and SILENT as a clam". c
