rr or Jim- Is this a typo? The crash in telecom didn't occur until Sept 5th.

I'm quite curios. Did FMR start pulling out of telecom on post-Sept 5th or pre-Sept 5th? Thanks for anyone that knows. -MikeM(From Florida)
