I'll rent it... thanks for the tip. But now, some humor:

There was once a house painter named Jed with questionable morals. As you know, the biggest expense for a house painter (besides labor) is the cost of paint itself. Jed solved this problem by watering-down his paint with paint thinner. This had the effect of decreasing his paint cost. It also had the effect of each house he painted peeling and needing another coast after a couple of years. Surprisingly, most people didn't realize that a coat of paint should last more than 2 years, and he got alot of repeat business from this.

He was very prosperous for many years by operating in this manner. But one day he had an attack of conscious decided make amends to all of his previous customers by offering them a new coat of paint (the good stuff, not watered-down) at no charge.

His first customer for the repainting job was Mary, who naturally had mixed feelings when Jed told her how he had cheated her, then offered to make amends. She was angry that she had been cheated, but pleased at the offer of a new coat of paint. But more than that, she was curious...

"What made you have such a change of heart?" she asked.

"It happened in a dream", said Jed, "when an angel of the lord appeared to me and said... 'REPAINT, YOU THINNER'".
