That is objective. If you had read my theory on the reason the Court took this case you would know the basis for my theory. The questioning in the Court was one small part of my probabilities. There will be intense pressure for a unanimous verdict. I was surprised by O'Conner's sympathy for the Bush position. However, Bush/Baker took a low shot at the Florida Court system with their rhetoric and lack of respect for the judicial branch. The Court will send Bush packing and people like you will have a hard time figuring out a reason to criticize it, but I'm sure you will.

The Court would have never taken this case if not for Bush's thoughtless and irresponsible criticisms of a State's Supreme Court. This is just the kind of case that the Court typically shrinks from. There is only one reason the Court would hear it, to shut up Bush's incessant and ridiculous whining about unfairness and partiality that does not exist.
