Dave, My reasoning is this; some short covering prior to weekend....as to uncertainties fear of possibilities.... valuations....bears have all the money now...only prudent to trim profits..... market IS oversld....I may have a few other reasons but those will do.<g> but, bulls love to move up on shorts...all time high now....come on greenie! wash rule counts out further tax loss selling? mostly....
