"the margin of victory is less than the margin of error" Accepting the outcome,including the one above, is one of the prime rules of politics. Count,recount, and if you lose, concede. Gore got a third strike given by the Florida SC and he lost again. The fact that miami democrats didnt recount is a decision they made. The fact that palm democrats missed an absolute deadline is their fault alone. End of story, End of election, End of Gore. And the Bush people have the SC?, Fl leg, jeb, and the house of reps to block gore in any scenario he may have to win. And the Republicans will play hardball all the way and will not lose. Gore is getting paid back for his support of Clinton and what he said that day that clinton was not convicted.
