I think I decided that the game was over on Tuesday, but that's because I knew then that the Florida Legislature would act and I am not aware of any argument that could prevail against them - although Larry Tribe will certainly think of something. -g-

But what you have to recognize is that most people aren't very smart, and they think the US Supreme Court is going to decide the election based on what is before it now. Which, who knows, maybe it will although I don't see how?
