I guess you didn't notice that the Fla. legislature plans nothing of the kind, and along those lines, the USSC, according to experts from BOTH sides, by their statements just confirmed that the right of the Fla. legislature to choose and ensure their state sends electors is NOT REVIEWABLE by any court! If Gore wins, they'll send his electors on as the law requires them to do, don't worry. This would require a re-certification after Gore wins the contest that follow the rules laid down by the legislature. As it stands however, Gore lost. You can't steal an election for a man who's in fact just won.
