I don't think it's frivolous and neither will those GOP operatives who get to spend some time in jail for committing a felony. How, JLA, do you propose that we compensate the Democratic voters who were denied ballots because their applications weren't correct and no remedial act was allowed on their part? Should we allow Republicans to correct mistakes on ballot applications at the expense of their democratic counterparts? The well has been tainted by the Republicans. There is no fair way to give Democratic voters restitution.
