My attention span is fine. Your logic is flawed. Examine if you will, the meaning of the word "indicate" vis-a-vis Florida law as it existed when the election occurred. David Boies is arguing that someone who failed to indicate his choice on his ballot should have his non-choice be changed to a choice, and that choice be divined by someone as far as their intention, when in fact their intention was, by definition, not to vote, since they did not actually INDICATE their choice. This has nothing to do with voters being stopped from voting. That's different. A ballot is not a vote. A ballot is a ballot. It does not turn into a vote until there is some action by the voter to change the ballot to a vote. If the voter screws up, it's not a vote. This is very simple. You want some Florida ballots to be changed into votes. It is not going to happen until the Florida State Legislature changes their legal definition of the word "vote". If you live in Florida, I encourage you to contact your Congressman and your Senators. If not, why not just knock off the smoke and mirrors?
