kenneth - hmmmm, I will say in SOME cases yes, and in SOME cases no.

just like anything, there are good and bad trial lawyers, good and bad cases, etc.

Its the frivolous actions, the ambulance chasing, the file a suit at a drop of a pin attitude that turns many folks off. But I am sure there are some good, upstanding lawyers out there who care about their profession. Just wish you guys could do a better job of cleaning up your profession and industry
