After looking at the Intel's 10K - 1999, I'm convinced that Intel didn't deduct goodwill in the year 1999 (except for a paltry amount of $20 Millions). I never bothered to look at 10Ks in the past. After looking at the Intel's 1999 10K, I was surprised to see the wealth of information provided by Intel in it.
