The USSC will most likely rule 5-4 in favor of Bush and bring some finality to the gorons plan to run amok until they get a judge somewhere to rule in their favor in such a way as to put Gore over the top.

If the USSC fails to bring finality to the process, the FL legislature will as there is no way the multipilcity of lawsuits and appeals will never be resolved by Dec. 18. I expect the Repub dominated legislature to act just as the Dem dominated Supreme Court did and vote to confirm the Bush elector slate along party lines.

Bush has been certified winner at both the original and extended deadline under FL law. The burden of proof for overturning an election is higher in the contest phase. The results are in and Bush has won.

60% (and growing) believe Gore should concede including about one third of his own supporters.

That's a good start.
