Dec. 1-MAR-- Vilnius--Dec. 1--0518 ET--Lithuania's Mazeikiu Nafta oil complex restarted its refinery Friday morning after getting confirmation of crude supplies for part of December, a company official said. The refinery, which had been shut down since Saturday, should be fully operational by the middle of next week. The official added there was hope a Kazakh oil company would soon start delivering crude to Mazeikiu Nafta via Russia, according to a deal signed in July. (Story .13418 ) --ASIA/PACIFIC-- Iraqi oil disruption force Taiwan, Japan, Korea revise Nov plans Singapore--Dec. 1--Iraqi threat to stop oil exports as of Dec. 1 unless its crude buyers agree to pay a surcharge has led Korean and Japanese refiners leaving Iraqi without planned November-loading crudes. Taiwan's state firm also is unlikely able to receive its committed 1.8 million barrels of Nov. 30-loading crude, while contacting Saudi Arabia, Iran and other oil producers to fill the vessels before heading home to minimize financial damage.
