Vilnius--Dec. 1--0518 ET--Lithuania's Mazeikiu Nafta oil complex
restarted its refinery Friday morning after getting confirmation of crude
supplies for part of December, a company official said. The refinery,
which had been shut down since Saturday, should be fully operational by
the middle of next week.
The official added there was hope a Kazakh oil company would soon start
delivering crude to Mazeikiu Nafta via Russia, according to a deal signed
in July.

Singapore--Dec. 1--Iraqi threat to stop oil exports as of Dec. 1
