I'm not sure what definition of "Tertiary Companies" you're using.

PRIA is a clear leader in the niches in which it offers products. Clearly, it doesn't have AMAT's revenues, earnings or market cap. If those numbers are the yardstick for Primary vs Tertiary, I accept your statement.

If leadership in the niches in which it competes is the yardstick, then I believe that a strong case for PRIA being a Primary company exists. Even if the SI spell checker can't catch me referring to its products as TurboStAckers rather then TurboStOckers. Somehow, I don't think SI will attempt to remove this "bug" from their software. ;^)
