Yes, Thomas ... I see it this way:

All the SHOUTING about buy here/buy now/etc, boils down to some sort of juvenile attention-seeking need ... i.e. "Look at ME!!! LOOK at ME!!"

"Pay attention to ME!!"

Simple. And so basic. And so silly when people involved are chronologically well past the age of sophomoric clamoring for attention ... like, about 4.5 decades beyond it.
