Ron, puh-leeze, all that railing about the INS in 96 has nothing to do with Florida.

Florida's law against felons voting only applies to people convicted of felonies INNN FLorida. There are 36 states that permit felons to vote after they have completed parole and probation. And there's no law against them moving to Florida and registering. Apparently Florida has enough trouble keeping straight on its own felons, let alone trying to police its rolls for ex-felons from other states.

If you are simply trying to change the subject, maybe somebody else will bite.
