Hey Michael,

Magner told me to ask you what you thought of Treasury inflation-adjusted bonds. The reason I ask is that we switched a large part of my wife's pension into those and it shows a huge rise over the last couple of months, which makes me think there's a lot more interest-rate (in this case, "real interst rate") risk than I imagined. I mean as we are finding out elsewhere, what goes up can go down.

I guess I had mistakenly thought of these as like a savings account with a built in inflation adjustment.

have you ever analyzed these things?
