Actually, there is a possibility he is correct. We will never know, because over one million absentee ballots in California were not counted, and will not be counted. There are other states that did not count some of the popular vote because they would not change the result of the election.

I will concede that the popular votes that were counted on election day clearly appear to have gone Al's way maybe.

Perhaps someone in California can sue someone for not counting those absentee ballots. [kidding]
