I think that CU isn't a way to play the software area any more.
I got some CU stock in exchange for my SIER stock and since then I
miss the volatility of the stock price. After the merger with HFS the
number of CU stock will increase very dramaticly, so any positive
development in the software area will not effect the shareprice. Imagine even if SIER is able to produce a blockbuster CD Rom with
sales of over 1 million copies, this will have at least no effect on
CUs earnings and the stock. So forget trading CU as a software company it's more or less a conglomerate like GE ot ITT.
Any thoughts why I shouldn't sell my CU stock right now ?
