We do not know how many felons voted for gore or bush nationwide.

THE NUMBER IN fLORIDA COULD BE AS HIGH AS 5000. We do know this, in 1998 and 1999 there was considerable pressure brought to bear by democratic leadership advocates who pushed to have felons voting rights restored. You may not remember but estimates suggest of up to 12% of Black males are disqualified under existing rules. Nationally I think felons voting is very high, word spread on how to be a felon and still vote, many have taken advantage! ( In some cities it's rumored they voted more than once)

When I first began seeing this data and the spin accompanying it, it was clear there was an organized attempt by party leadership to re franchise felons for the purposes of winning close elections.( Jesse Jackson himself has done several speeches on the subject)

I can see it now 100 % turnout reported from the folsum precinct.

But more importantly, the data re enforce what I've been telling you for a long time. Blacks have peaked as far as their contribution capability in future elections vs the overall electorate, vs. the non voting majority.

Hence up to 12 % of their numbers being given back their voting rights, is the leadership trying to augment a position which is soon to collapse upon them? We think the data say so.
