Party...the other problem not much discussed is the hankypanky which occurred between the first and second machine count, esp in PBC where thousands of Bush votes were purported to be double punched fraudulently between these machine counts....how would an optical scanner perform in the presence of fraud..would it still be able to divine the voters intention?? doc
