Jane,
Read the Forbes article and put 2+2 together re what you know about uncle BrownFingers. The damage was already done. The manipulation via FUD and perhaps even SEC violations was already done before I responded to anyone. You know they are very good at what they do. If it were just trading ability, I wouldn't have posted one thing. There is nothing wrong with shorting.
I have my ways and I'm not afraid of anyone. Of course, anyone can say anything on these boards. But let's just say this -- Today, the boot was solidly in someone else's mouth. There were pros on both sides today and the action was solid. Every weakness was met with solid buying even when the market collapsed at the end. As BF has bragged, he is solidly leveraged. That is great if you are winning. Otherwise, it can be a curse. There were pros taking advantage of that leverage today.
I don't go after anyone. But I'll be damned if someone is going to FUD and manipulate without recourse.
I've been wrong on many occasions and when I am, I admit it and, hopefully, learn from my mistakes. When I'm right, I don't quit.
Anyway, it's all OT and it shouldn't be about personalities.
It's about MCOM. I believe MCOM has a great future. It's not going under. It was overvalued at 109 and I made mistakes holding part of my position. We all make mistakes. For others to come over and spread FUD is another matter.
I have loaded up at low prices. I have a diversified portfolio as you do. I hedge. I trade. I short. If the FUD comes true, I won't be in trouble. I'll admit my errors. OTOH, I have enough to make sure that I can position myself where and when I want in an equity.
Bottom line - MCOM is undervalued at this price, largely because of actions of shorts who have manipulated this stock. As I posted before, what goes around comes around and the music won't be quite as discordant as it has been the past 6 months.
Take care and I always relax, especially when I'm out of my office,
