Answer: The agreement covers IS-95A/B and cdma2000 1x.


Thsi brings me to a question I have asked before, but no one has (is able to?) answer. I remember indication that Dr. IJ would not give NOK 1X rights without NOK also acknowledging / agreeing to QCOM's 3G rights re: wCDMA.

My questions:
Does anyone else remember this?
If this is true, does it mean that NOK has already signed a 3G deal?
Or does it mean Dr. IJ changed his stance?
Any other interpretation possible?
