The management changes at SEEQ slowed the process a bit. Bob Hersh was doing the interviewing for a PR firm before he left. I talked to Gary Fish, who said he was getting up to speed with the candidates. I would expect a decision soon.

As to announcements, design wins are not orders and the company feels it may be misleading or just hype to announce design wins. On the conference calls they mention them to give us a feel for what may be coming down the pike. While they have been very active with their Gigabyte part in the design in arena, we don't expect significant rev's to develop until calendar '98.
