Now, now...I know that just because one is paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

Look, we have employed Socratic(you) and Aristotelian(me) logic on this baby.

1. The US SC clearly feels the Congress is the ultimate arbiter, not penultimate but ULTIMATE, PRIMO.

2. Jeb Bush has already signed off on Harris' certification of 25 electoral votes for the state of FL, pledged to Bush.

3. No recount, no court ruling, nothing can force Jeb Bush to place his John Hancock on any other set of electors.

4. So let this shadow slate of Electors be submitted to the Congress. I AM TELLING YOU THAT EVEN IF THERE WERE 395 DEMOCRATIC MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, THEY ARE REQUIRED BY TITLE 3 SEC. 15 OF THE US CODE TO ACCEPT THE SLATE THAT IS SIGNED BY THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE STATE, NAMELY THE SLATE THAT HAS THE SIGNATURE OF ONE JOHN ELLIS BUSH, GOVERNOR OF THE SOVEREIGN STATE OF FLORIDA.

5. The Congress has THE final word on this.

While this will be terrific material to use against Republicans in future elections, it's time for the Dems to do their best Douglas McArthur imitation and retreat vowing to return some day.
