I would not say that it was not fraud. However having spent many hours watching the democrat three count for hours and miss the deadling by two hours and having heard the feedback that no record was kept of the voodoo manual recount of the dumb voter ballots and the fact that the partial manual recount totals that were sent were screwed up and made no sense,

I think that a case can be made for shear stupidity and not mischief. Also Judge Burton did try to be as honest as possible in applying a defendable method of reviewing ballots (I think it was too loose but) and the others on the canvassing board did not seem to be clearly biased, I again come down on the side that these democrats were honest but stupid in organization and planning how to undertake the recounting task. I thind the original count error was the result of have stupid people in system process in charge.
