Nope. The wild cards are still Judge Sauls, Judge Lewis and Judge Clark (Lewis and Clark, don't you love it?) (And the Biblical Saul). Any one of them can issue a ruling that gives Gore more votes than Bush.

If so, the Republicans will have to let it play out.

Does the Republican party have the power to do otherwise? Sure, but they won't.

And on that proposition I would bet a lot more than a Hershey bar with almonds.
