I only caught part of the Supreme Court audio today. What I did catch was way over my head - Tribe and Scalia duelling over some esoteric issue of whether the Florida court used the Florida constitution in reaching its decision, which apparently would have been a Bad Thing. So much for my hopes of a simple unanimous decision... This article on today's action is a nice one: slate.msn.com Peter
