I guess there were a lot of weak hands holding at about 1 dollar a share today!! I couldn't believe that it got that low in price! Maybe some people panicking into tax loss selling but at this rate, the company making the offer will be able to buy a good portion of the shares of lpac for under 2 dollars a share. This is a strong quarter for this company historically and if they come up with a good quarter we should get some appreciation of the share price from here in my opinion but with the present market conditions and the tax loss selling kicking in, my guess is that we will languish in this range for a while.
