May I suggest to all who have not done a discounted cash flow analysis that it would be a good idea to do a couple prior to using anybody else's spreadsheet. Otherwise, you won't really understand the outputs, good or bad, and without playing with the numbers, you won't get a handle on the sensitivity to inputs.

The good news is that if you do this, you will see that is relatively easy to create your own spreadsheet to perform DCF calculations.
