stockmarket14: As you know, my list of Tier stocks is for research purposes only, and are not actual recommendations to buy (or sell).

I do still like most of my previous Tier 1 stocks, but I cannot with any conscience define them as high relative strength stocks when they have broken down technically. The different tiers are for relative strength. Many of the ones that used to be Tier 1 are now in Tier 2 or 3.

Am glad that almost all sectors have been hit, which implies we are closer to a bottom.

What stocks do you like now, and what is your forecast?
